Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

SKYBIKE currently ships to customers within the United States.

We currently deliver to:

  • Continental United States (48 states)

At this time, we are unable to deliver to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Certain remote areas where carriers cannot provide standard delivery service

If we are unable to deliver to your address, our support team will contact you by email to provide a solution.

For large fitness equipment:

  • Customers may need assistance moving the package indoors due to product size and weight.
  • Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact SKYBIKE Support immediately and provide photos or videos of the package and product condition.
