The following payment methods are available:

Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Discover / Diners Club / Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayPal Express / Affirm / Klarna / Afterpay

2. Payment Failure

To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide SKYBIKE with detailed information about why your payment was declined.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or card issuer directly for assistance.

To help identify the reason for a failed payment, please check the following:

  1. Have you exceeded your credit limit?
  2. Did you enter your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number correctly?
  3. Did your purchase exceed your normal spending limit? Some banks may block transactions for security reasons.
  4. Does your card issuer have specific restrictions regarding online or international purchases?

3. Installment Payments

Affirm

If eligible, the Affirm payment option will appear during checkout.

Select Affirm and click “Prequalify now” to view available installment plans and estimated payment amounts before completing your purchase.

After approval, you will be redirected to Affirm to complete your payment.

Klarna

At checkout, select “More payment options” and locate Klarna under additional payment methods.

Click “Pay now” and follow the instructions provided by Klarna to complete your installment payment.

Shop Pay Installments

Eligible customers can choose Shop Pay Installments during checkout to split their purchase into manageable payments.

Available payment options and eligibility are determined by Shopify and the applicable payment provider.
